PST never made HP130's. 65, 80, 100, 120 were the only sizes made in 3500psi.
That being said, good bloody luck finding H-valves for them, finding regular valves is all but impossible. The crossbars are all standard, so you might have to find a manifold for them and then find compatible H-valves.

They show them as available from Thermo valve in this catalog. You would need to contact a dealer to see about getting them but I doubt they will be in stock, and may not even be available anymore.

that catalog is from '06.... good bloody luck. There was talk about HOG making some of the skinny neck valves, but it has been a while and it was before Chris left. May be worth asking Jack....
