1995 Oceanic balanced piston reg service manual?

Hi, I'm looking for a service manual for my ~1995 balanced piston Oceanic first stage. I have been able to find the manual for my Delta II Nitrox second stage but am coming up blank on the first stage. This appears to be the predecessor to the PX-2 first stage. One clue - according to a PDF document I found on the "deepsouthdivers" site, the document number I'm looking for is Oceanic #12-2211. Also, if anyone has a good source for rebuild kits for Oceanic regs I'd love to hear about it.
