Recently a friend gave me a 1964 La Spirotechnique 12L cylinder. It is not threaded for 3/4NPSM, but was hydro’d in North America (where I am located).
I have access to several competent hydro shops using the Galiso or Hydro Test Products systems.
From what I understand, the service pressure is 174 BAR and test pressure 294 BAR.
I assume I could have it tested to UN/ISO standards as long as there is a test pressure as it could be legally tested in Canada for “Export” purposes.
