Hello,
after 2 abandoned years I want to dive my 20 years old TLS 350 again. After Covid I developed a latex allergy and so I quit my dry suit in favour of just warm water diving. But the cold waters are calling
The suit fits well and is still tight. A new TLS would be around 3500 bucks...
I’ve heard the new Nixie Ultra runs small. If you own multiple Bare wetsuit including the Nixie Ultra, let me know what you think of the sizing. I’m the same size in both Evoke (2021) 5mm and the old Nixie 3mm, but heard some people size up with the new Nixie. Also do you have any issue with the...
So, possibly against the course of wisdom, I just spent $700 fixing up my dry suit, which includes a new zipper. This is the second time I’ve replaced the zipper on the suit. The last one was probably 5 years and 100 dives ago. Both times, what has done the zipper in was fraying: threads...

The manual says to keep the zipper closed when not diving:

I have a snazzy drysuit that has been flooding the last few dives. Entry point seems to be the zipper bottom stop. I can feel a little water trickle in when I descend. At the end of the dive I have a few cups of water in my neoprene socks. This happened twice before when I didn’t properly close...
A local police auction reseller sold me a used Viking Pro drysuit. It's a steal, but it has some issues, namely the zipper. The condition of the zipper when bought was far worse and I cleaned it up with soap water and used zipper wax. But I'm still worried about the seal, which is flaking off...
