used drysuit

I bought this drysuit new a few months ago for $1,349. It's a Hollis BTR-500 size large (LG). After diving in it a few times, I've unfortunately realized it's a bit too large for me and is a bit tricky to dive in for someone my size. Overall, it's in good shape with a only a small bit of wear...

A local police auction reseller sold me a used Viking Pro drysuit. It's a steal, but it has some issues, namely the zipper. The condition of the zipper when bought was far worse and I cleaned it up with soap water and used zipper wax. But I'm still worried about the seal, which is flaking off...
