torque wrench

Torque wrench for service 1st and 2nd stage.
I am looking to service 1st and 2nd stage(DST & XTX 50). Do you think a torque wrench will be needed? I read mixed answers so far. What do you think? (I find a Norbar truetorque around 140€.) Thanks.- Scuba-frog
