too small

Folks, I have a diver who is just a big dude. He wears a 13 dive boot. We had to send his drysuit in for tailoring (came with a size 9 boot for some dumb reason), and Pinnacle attached a 13 to his drysuit. Problem is it's a solid rubber boot and it's even bigger than the rock boot he was...
