spearfishing fins

Hi,friends Im a spearfishing diver from Montenegro. Im a professional and i dive over 40 m. I need a help from you guys. I want to come in America to dive. Can you Recommend me a place, city in America best for that. And some spearfishing teams i can get contact with.
