scuba tank holder

Anyone using these for their SCUBA tanks? How do they hold up on choppy seas? I specifically want to use them on my Whaler so I don't have to drill holes. They need to hold HP steel 100 and 120s. The reason I want singles is so that I can better manage the load on the boat. SeaSucker 1-Tank...
