preferred dsmb length and width

Hello Scubaboard, I am planning to buy DSMB , heard that Halcyon DSMB is the best in the market .. but they have several shapes and lengths .. they have the thin and the thick .. also they have them in 3' , 4.5' and 6' .. So far I dive in Seattle,WA and in red sea in Egypt...
