    What to do with a Norris SP6688?

    I just picked up an older AL tank (free on Craigslist - I wanted the tank harness). The numbers indicate it's a Norris aluminium. DOT-SP6688-3000. HY-8323. 10 ◊ 73. Rehydro'd 8 89 and on the opposite side BX 6 A 83 (re hydro). If I took it in for a Hydrostatic test, I'd probably be charged for...
