mares interfase troubles

Hi guys, i bougth a mares puck pro and the usb interfase. The puck pro has 4 dives registered. When i try to connect to the pc, the interfase don not recognize the computer. Drivers installed, soft installed. Tested on pc, mac and android. I need your help. Thanks!!!!
