helix underwater extention tubes

I am looking for the dimensions of a few of the Helix underwater extension tube framers. Mine are color coded. The ones I am missing are the white the yellow and the white/yellow. If I knew their size I would like to make them. An alternative would to know the distance to the subject when using...
