halcyon eos

Hi all, I'm looking for a spare battery charger for Halcyon EOS 4.5/9/13.5. The 3 prong version (see below image), not the red/green clip one. If any one has one they can part with, please let me know! Thanks in advance.

Having some problems with my light. When I attempt to charge it, the yellow light shines on the charger for about a minute and then the green light comes on saying it's fully charged. If I turn it off and then back on, the light switches to yellow again and it starts to charge for another minute...
