fill tank

Got some old army tanks with 1800psi service pressure but every compressor I’ve used fills at ~2200psi. To be clear, I’m not talking about the final pressure being 2200. I mean the gauge on the fill whip shows 2200 throughout the fill until the pressure reaches >2200 then it starts going up...

I bought a DAVV SCU30 High Pressure Air Compressor to use to fill my Luxfer 80CF Aluminum Blue BLS-LX80BU, and was wondering if anybody had some advice on what safety procedures I need to use.
