bungee fin strap

    Proper positioning of fin strap on diving boots

    I have had some diving shops tell me that the fin strap should be above the lip (red arrow) at the back of the boot. Others say the strap should be below the lip (yellow arrow) at the back of the boot. Which is correct and why?
