broke

Hello group, I have an Aqua Lung Titan LX and the purge cover broke in the middle (see attached picture). I think it is only cosmetic but should I use it? I live in Venezuela but I bought the regulator in the USA and the place I bought the regulator already sent me the cover to my US mailing...
