Recommendation for dive shops in Philadelphia

Both look great, thanks! One more question- I think my AHA CPR/first aid response certification expired... do I have to get re-certified through AHA, or can I just do one of those quick online courses?

Recommendation for dive shops in Philadelphia

Hi, I am moving to Philadelphia for school. I am going into medicine, so I think it would be great to get my rescue diver certification this summer. Does anybody know a good, affordable dive shop that does certification dives around Philly? Not looking for scenic dive sites... just want to learn...

    Diving around Biloxi, MS

I'm going to Biloxi for a week this month and was wondering if there's any diving in the area. I have no idea what it's like down there and did a real quick research and haven't found anything helpful. I just want to get a few dives in and open to anything really.

AOW-- vital in the Red Sea?

Hi Druid, I do think diving with Red Sea Relax would be really nice and convenient, but it's seriously more pricey than any other diving center, even with all the discounts. I have not committed myself to a diving center yet, but Reef 2000, Sinai Divers and Penguin have been suggested by a few...

    Diving at the Georgia Aquarium?

WHOA!!! That has got to be one of the most expensive single dives... ever! It does sound like a great experience. Plus, it's for a good cause, unlike chasing whale sharks in a confined space. I guess I should build up my SCUBA experience and look into that. Thanks!

AOW-- vital in the Red Sea?

Alright, guys. I'm taking off to Egypt in three weeks, and I'm so excited! EGYPT- this is like a middle school fantasy come true! The mere anticipation fills me up with 99% enthusiasm, 1% anxiety. I am staying at Dahab Dorms; it seems like a nice, clean place for a young budget traveler...

AOW-- vital in the Red Sea?

Thank you so, so much for the amazing advice-- Dahab it is! I'm going to be an AOW diver this summer! SpaceCase and ScubaDad, you are totally right. This is a once in a life time opportunity, and I should just save more and not let cheapness mar my experience in any way. I contacted Red Sea...

AOW-- vital in the Red Sea?

Hi all, I'm visiting my friend in Egypt this summer, and having just gotten my OW certification, I'm very excited about the diving opportunities in the Red Sea! I'd like somewhere low-key and low-budget to spend 4-5 days diving and taking pictures of colorful coral reefs. Would Dahab be a...
