Kev Thank you for making a point to put these comments on the forums. So many times people only take the time to post when they are disappointed. I'm happy that we could help you. The shop you were dealing with was simply lying to you. No one from that shop had ever contacted us directly...

    Missing strap

Hi Chris, Just call us and we'll send you a shoulder strap. If your bag is the #29, they don't come with shoulder straps, but we have plenty of shoulder straps and we'd be happy to give you one. The only other "dive flag" type mesh bag we have would be the #91 Amphibian; I don't think you...

Just put it in a box (check the dumpsters of department stores for boxes if you don't want to buy one) or wrap it with cardboard and tape it good. It's not the most recommended way, but you can also wrap it in shrinkwrap real good and it should travel OK by UPS/Fedex ground. Best if you can...

down4fun, The only way to repair a zipper with a tooth that has come off is to put a clamp at that location and open/close the zipper to that point from then on. (FYI, it is not cost effective to replace a whole zipper chain on a bag). The clamp then keeps the zipper sliders from going off...

Matt, The #93 and #89 are really bags for 2 different purposes. I recommend the #93 as a "travel" bag to get you from here to the hotel (then you use your mesh boat bag to go diving and put clean dry gear back in the #93 to go home). It is designed with all the normal compartments of a nice...

Exactly why we decided to push the envalope in the first place and make it 24" (if it can't hold at least short fins it's not a dive gear bag, just another carry-on). And we've gotten away with it 'til now but I don't want to be stuck with product if these airlines decide to put it to us again.

    NEW Tactical Rescue/Response Backpack

We don't have a stockist in NZ or AU. I'd like to find an interested party to stock or distribute the product since we get a lot of interest from individuals and can only sell and ship directly to them. We also have a surfboard locking system that we've had a lot of interest from in AU/NZ. We...
