yea, several times while diving in cyprus fellow dive buddies called the police, we also wrote down car plates and gave them to the police... not sure if they did anything to follow it up. but i know that they are trying to prevent this sort of behavior as diving is one of the main tourist...

I told the dive shop owners, and lots of other divers... no one seemed impressed by the *******... apparently there are plenty of laws over there, but none of them are really enforced... and being a tourist area you don't know if they have come and gone... Thanks to everyone posting feed...
