You really need strobes for light and still images. I have the TG6 in the case mounted on a plate with articulated arms and 2x sea&sea strobes. Backscatter.com sells a dual fiber optic cable and adapter. Certainly not inexpensive, but it does a fa job illuminating subjects.

Give the folks at Rainbow Reef a look. Lots of boats and options. They put a guide in the water with each boat which is a plus for newer divers.

I finally got mine along with my MK19. I did a pool dive last weekend with it. Other than the ventri adjustment was wide open out of the box (would free flow at 12 feet) it dove well. Maybe it’s me but it seems to dive a little wet, not complaining, just different than I’m used to.

just the basic octo R195. For what I’m using this for that’s fine I really like the diaphragm in the 19 as I’m diving mostly colder quart or lake water in the US Midwest. Having the 5th port is nice for long hose routing but I’ll likely not use this reg set for that.
