Diving there in two weeks. I figure I would bring a 3mm for dives other than Nusa Penida and Padang Bai. For Nusa Penida and Padang Bai, I will use a 7mm full suit I have stored away. I don't have a 5mmm and don't want to spend money on a 5mm. What do you think?

You don't need an analyzer. All dive shops and boats have/should have them if they provide Nitrox.

Have a pee valve installed into your dry suit. Its takes some getting used to but you will love it in the long run.

Nothing bumps around anywhere. The PVC rack pushes firm against all sides of the bed.

This sounds ridiculous! As an instructor I never heard of such a thing. One thing is practicing your buoyancy a bit down at the bottom of the pool and another is just wasting time. Time to switch instructors.
