My take on the pier thing... It's akin to your hotel in NYC charging you (their paying guest) to be picked up by a taxi in front of their hotel. Sure 2 bucks is no big deal, but you're paying for the use of all the property, not all the property "except the pier".

No, different owners. Papa Hogs has 4 rooms next door, 3 on the ground floor (sort of behind Scuba Mau) and one on the second floor behind the new BA bistro (or whatever they named it) which is in the old PH restaurant.

They don't have 7 small boats as far as I know (I think they have 4, maybe 5), plus the Buena Vida (43 ft). Of course I forgot about the Winning Ticket (which is 55 ft). I was there last month and neither Mike nor Margaret made any mention of selling.

I never found a need to bind the inflator corrugated hose and the lp hose together with innertube, just connecting them seems to keep them together enough and running just the lp hose unter an innertube loop at the top front of the left shoulder keeps them in place. Then I just tuck the...

Only the lpi hose from your regulator goes under the innertube. All I did in the second pic was was rotate my hand and let the inflator rotate into my palm. It sounds like your backplate is too low and the problem is compounded because you have the big inflator hose under the innertube...

Not sure exactly why you are having an issue with your inflator hose. Is your bp too low on your back so the hose isn't coming far enough over your shoulder? As far as hand position... (I didn't put on heavy gloves so you could see better) Inflate Deflate You don't need a death grip on...

So is there any "real" info for diving TSP? There are two dive shops in Tyler, one says it's a "good" dive (vis 10- 12 ft usually) and the other says it's (always) a mudhole with 3 ft vis on a good day.
