I would be interested. I am in Aledo. Due to work and family responsibilities I only accomplished 1 dive last year...I vow to get out more this year.

Let us know how Athens is. I haven't been there in a year or so and want to get back hopefully next month.

Count me as a strong possible. I will know more as the time approaches. I need to get more dives in this year than the last 2 years.

Cool Ryan, thanks for the info. I have been there only once and have been dying to get back. I am hoping that the stars will align themselves this year and allow me the time to head down that way for a few days.

I would be interested in Balmorhea. Let me know when you plan on going. I have a couple of trips to Ga planned to help my Dad move in the next couple of months. If the time works out I would love to go.

I didn't ask for any Scuba gear so I bought myself a .38 Special. Not scuba related but cool anyway.

I'm there Saturday morning to dive with Robert. I will be able to hang out for a bit and possibly get 1 more dive in before I have to head back.

Even if you do not have a team they will hook you up with someone. My first year there my team was a no-show. I was the only one there. I got teamed up with DTM and Navychop and had a great time.

-Bump- There is only 1 month left until Trashfest. I just wanted to get this back on the front page and see if other are still interested in going. I am going to make plans next week if Teams Swamp Divers and Fluss Rattans is still a go. I still am planning on going.

Jalistair is correct. If you dive around the platforms the vis is between 3 to 8 ft. As always it all depends on the day you are diving and the weather conditions. You can pass thru some spots where it is almost 0 vis and you go a few feet farther it can be 8' vis. Both platforms are around...

Let me add to this also. When you enter the Park, the fee is only $4 I beleive. If you park atthe swimming area and dive there someone will come around and check if you have a receipt on your windshield. I am not sure what problems you may face if you don't have the receipt but the $4 to me...

I am looking to get out Sunday. I was planning Sat but my family decided I need other entertainment. I would love to get in a couple of dives Sunday.

Lame excuse...now if you had TCU tickets then all would be forgiven...lol. I will be waching Aledo whoop up on some school called Lake Travis HS Friday night..

Will this change anything from those already signed up on LTS for the Saturday charter? I am coming out for a football game Friday night and plan on staying until Sat for a dive.
