I dove friday night and again on saturday morning. The vis on friday was ok for picken probably 6 to 8 on saturday it was more like 4 to 6. I don't know the water temp but I dove it with my 3 mil and was fine. As far as the gate it was open but believe that 20 mph speed limit. One of my buddies...
