Aloha Ginjg, I can strongly recommended the folks at Barefootscubadivers.....they are a great group of dive professionals who will definitely show you a good time. They can take you pretty much anywhere on the island (boat or shore dives).....and they are budget friendly for sure :D.....I dive...

As far as Hanauma bay, I was there yesterday with some family members and there was not a single jellyfish in the water.....it was a little murky though, and a bit rough.... not my favorite spot for snorkeling. I think the PCC center is worth it....at least once, even though it's touristy...

I just love the way you describe Margarita, and totally agree with you....actually, I would say it holds true for most of the country. You would think that writing "this is a little slice of heaven" after your very accurate assessment of how things are over there is a total paradox, but I know...

I can totally attest to what ODC diver said. Bob and Randy are highly professional and very knowledgeable....safety always their first concern, same applies to all their dive masters. Good time guaranteed!
