Aldora Divers - Review / Recomendation

As a disclaimer, no I do not work for them, or have gotten paid by them, or have gotten any discounts to post good reviews. With that out of the way, here's my story. ----- I planned to go to Cozumel a few months back. Dean arrived, and I canceled. This time around, I re-booked on short...

    Really Bad Regulators

I have done about 50 dives on a Aqualing Titan (entry-level reg) which I had no problems with, unless I was upside down, and that was only when I was testing the reg upside down. Didn't breathe that easily upside down. Recently purchased a Sherwood Maximus, which I plan on using in very very...

    Diving in S. Korea

Hello guys and gals, I am thinking of going to Korea to teach English for a year, before heading to either Europe or Australia for even more adventure. Somebody please tell me there is diving in Korea, and the Korean government doesn't make it a pain in the behind to dive there.... Thanks! >JM<

    Dangerous Hurricane Dean

I'm flying out Friday night (18th) Red Eye, and staying till the 26th. Hope this wont be too bad, it is a bit exciting, but also annoying as i have my 8 days planned out fairly well, with diving and lounging. How do hurricanes affect diving the days after the hurricane?

Short fills- how short is too short?

i work at a dive shop and fill my own and customers AL80's to about 3300 PSI, that end up at about 3000PSI once full and cool. They pay for the fill, and I fill it. I don't really care if i get out and my tank is at 2800 or so. But anything less shortens my dive, because I usually surface...

Picture orgy - diving in Norway

haha - so you know exactly what i'm talking about. i don't do multiple dives due to the obvious. i'm sure the experience is awesome in a dry-suit. i will actually get a dry-suit soon here since I work PT in a dive shop, and get gear for cheap. i love the 2nd vid as well. thanks for posting...

    WW2 wreck diving, Norway (video)

nice vid! 55*F isn't too bad, i think i could hang with you guys. 120 feet is a bit deep, i've never done a deco dive, but i guess that might have to be done if you plan on spending any time at that depth. how long were you guys down there? >JM<

Picture orgy - diving in Norway

wow, those pictures are really nice. 6-13 degrees is not too cold - that is what we dive in here in the Northwest USA, in our 2x 7mm suits. It was 6*C a week ago and i've done several 1hr dives up to about 25meters depth in that water. anyways, i would like to get up there and do some dives, as...
