Stopping by to say "HI" real quick. Spending about 2 hours in the gym everyday these days...usually an hour in the morning before work and an hour at night to wind down...then a bubble bath to keep my legs from cramping...
Not much change in size or weight.....I eat entirely too much and tend...
I'm in and out.
Struggling at home right now. Trying to stay motivated to go to the gym...even though there's no white dress in my future, I have a bunch of new clothes to keep fitting into... ;)
But still managing to train for the Virginia 4-Miler coming up in September...my first...
I'll just announce that I'm taking some time off. Too much going on in life to care about food. Quite frankly, I haven't had time to eat whatever I felt like for a while and I'm due.
Things are normal for me....doing the "thing" at the gym most days...still hovering 5 pounds above the goal weight...still fit into the "dress" and with 65 days to go, that's probably a good thing.
Having an off week....doing my exercise, but I'm eating everything in sight - which is not alaways the best "healthy" option...but I don't and eat it anyway.....and now if feel fat and bloated. haha. Yuck.
Good thing I put on the dress last weekend for a fitting and not this weekend. . . .
I did 2 rounds of torture today ;)
Got up and ran with the trainer at 6 this morning....practice for the 5K coming up in September.
Then did another hour after work for the "regular" step class at the gym, followed by 15 minutes of core work.
I did a cycling class for the first time today...it was really fun! My butt already hurts, but my legs feel awesome.....and I"ll admit...I did the cheesy stereotypical thing...and looked at them in the weight-room mirrors as I walked through to leave :)
Congrats to you! And I suppose you now have a good excuse for not posting around here...but I'm sure those Yoga DVD's will be great for when you wanna do something but not go out.

Where did everyone go?
I've been good...eating right, getting in my hour at the gym...staying around the 2-3 pounds above my goal weight...stupid "vanity pounds".....
LOVE the chocolates! And since its your birthday, calories don't count! :)
Been to the gym every night for at least an hour this week. My arms are killing me...I wish they would just fall out of my shoulder sockets LOL but oh well....back for more again tonight...but I might take it easy on...
Went last night....felt good...and was effective i think :)
Going for some weights tonight...should be fun
John disappeared again...off to MD for 4 weeks....so I have a feeling I'll be much better about going to help me fill the time....gonna start training for my first marathon....so that...

I'm gonna force myself to go to the gym for the first time this week....John comes home and always manages to keep me distracted enough that I don't get there :)

Did an hour of weights and 30 minutes of cardio last night...thought for sure I'd be limping around today, but I'm not...so that's a good thing!
Gymed it up last night...an hour of high-impact cardio and 15 minutes of core work.
Managed to pick up a pound or 2....I claim water retention. . .
Back again later tonight...trying some new class at the gym...we'll see how it goes.
I moved furniture all weekend! That counts, right?
Also managed to do an hour of weights on the 19th, and an hour of cardio on both the 20th and 21st. Nothing yesterday, but I'm heading back to the gym for more later today.
