Starting weight (4/2/07): 221lbs
This weeks weightin: 219lbs
Last weeks weight: 220lbs
Loss this week: 1.0lbs
Total Loss to date: 2 lbs
Target: 150lbs (+69lbs)
I'm still at the 221 mark as I was on Monday, but going stong with the diet and working out. I hope my weigh in next week shows success!

Well, I did my cardio yesterday, 30 mins on the treadmill, planning 30 on the bike today. I am so jealous that you guys are having such success. I cannot wait until I can say the same.
