Wednesday 11/17 - Track Night!
1 mile warm up jog, followed by .50 mile of drills including high knees, high knee runs, butt kickers and quick stepping. Followed up with a time trial 2.0 mile run. Phew! And that's not all folks! 30 minutes of core. I am p-o-o-p-e-d!

Yes it has been a long time. Training for my first tri last February took me out of the water, and then I broke my foot. So diving was out of the question for a while. I need to do a nice, easy BW dive at somepoint soon.
Ohhhhh dear me! I would FREAKING LOVE it if some of you were there and if we could go diving together! The Tri is going to be 4/3/11. Please let me know if anyone can make it as I would love to dive afterwards!

Hi there! I have been out of commission with an ear issue. Swam last night for the first time in about 9 days and it felt wonderful. 50 minutes, over a mile. I stopped counting laps after about 13. Hope everyone is well in here!
