Hi everyone. Any ideas where I can purchase stand-alone lumbar and shoulder plates to weave my own sidemount harness? Another option would be CAD drawings I could take to a metal shop to cut me some plates. I can't seem to find anywhere that sells just the plates. Thanks.

In my mind, the difference is not having to reach back and close the isolator if there is a failure. It is already closed, and only opened a few times during the dive intentionally. You are not reducing the number of failure points, rather eliminating the need to act if a failure does occur...
