The legend is - according a test of a european diving magazin - the regulator with the very lowest breathing resistance of all...
So you won´t find a similar performance but the combo X650 / MK 17 is coming near to it...
As money really seems to be no issue I´d advice you to buy the Poseidon Xtreme regulator.
2x 1st and 2x 2nd stage.
Very comfortable to breathe, extreme secure in very cold water and approved by US Navy.
Here some additional information:

Blow it out after removing your computer before.
Service it not necessary imho as the water was clean.
The air from your bottle is that dry that the remaining humidity will dry very fast.
Just don´t go ice diving as first dive after this accident.
maybe you are interested in the fact that the AL legend has been the best reg in a test of a german diving magazine providing the lowest breating resistance and great freezing protection.

The MK 17 / X650...
My choice would be an Apeks XTX50 with octopus 40 and separately a second 1st stage DS4.
--> extremly comfortable, 200% cold water useable
Be sure to buy something that can be used in cold water - who knows if you want to stay in warm water for ever...
A good choice. The work effort of breathing is a little bit higher than with an AL but I guess you won´t notice. Apeks is the same company as AL btw.
Spending another 120 you can get another DS4 to get a 200% cold water approved setup.
Maybe you just visit your LDS and test some new regs.
Very often the cost for an used reg + service is as high as for a new one.
Perhaps you try the aqualung legend lx supreme.
Just to be sure the Delta II discussion is finished.
These are real Delta IIs - both with the DX3 1st stage.

Easy to figure out that they look completely different...
Thx all - seems I was quite lucky.
Reason for the good price might be that it is an Int reg that has been sold on german ebay and folks here prefer DIN regs usually...
Yes the regs will definately go to a service before usage.
Hi all,
2 days ago I did the following deal on ebay:
Oceanic Regulator Set incl dive computer:
2nd stage Delta II
octopus Delta II
1st stage DX3
computer Datamax pro
The regulators and also the computer look completely unused... no single scratch
All seems to work fine...
