KVI Towers is a good place to see GPO. Last time I was out there I saw a GPO under a very large bolder that had suckers the size of desert plates. It was hard to tell just how big it was but I would estimate at 16'+ from tenticle to tenticle.
I believe you need a boat to get to KVI Towers...
You can't really go wrong with a Dive Rite duo
SCUBA Diving Equipment for Technical, Wreck and Cave Diving: Dive Rite, Inc - Product Catalog - NiTek Duo Computer
You can probably find them online used for a decent deal. It's a great computer that will get a lot out of.

my frist OW dives were at Sund Rock, Hoodsport Washington... nothing like low viz and 45 degree water to start things off right...
Did my advanced OW in Hawaii... after that I only do training dives in the Pacific NW. If you can dive here you can dive anywhere.
I dive mostly in the PNW. There are lots of good things to see but your not going to have even close to the viz that you experience in the carribean.
Most of my dives that I do during the day there is no ambient light although I am usually deeper than 100' on most my dives.
I strongly...
I have been very happy with my Apeks DS4's. I usually dive cold water and have not expeienced a problem yet.
Becuase of that I am planning on picking up a second stage bottle reg kit.
I have purchased a few carter lifts bags directly from the company and I can say that I am very happy with the design and build quality as well as their incredible customer service.

I a lot of my friends including myself go to Kona often and we usually rent a house.. It is much cheaper than a hotel and you get a lot more amenities.
This rental house is in a very good area thats close to everything and is pretty reasonable in price...
I purchased a draco 6 months ago and I am very happy with it.. I commonly dive in 40-45 degree water and it keeps me warm and dry which is a lot more than a few of my DUI wearing buddies can say. I would recommend this dry suit.
Death-peds are bad.... I was in Ibiza, Spain and two of my mates were in a total of three acidents in the same day... Other than a little road rash and a few stitches they were ok.... I have very good balance and I almost ate S*!t a few times the same day. In my case and probably theres the...
I ended up shaving one side of each boot with a saws-all to get them on my doubles. I may take the boots off due to possible corrison issues however.

When I dive dry (http://www.waterproof-gear.com/draco.asp) with a high density neoprene suit I usually wear around 30 lbs with a 119cf steel tank. I know that I can lost a little weight if I went with shell style dry suit but I like being warm especially with diving in Pacific NW.
I just bungee mounted my Smart Tec.
To remove the pins you will need a 1/16 pin punch (Home Depot) and a hammer. Carefully tap out the pin around 1/4 inch and pull the pin out with plyers.
I used a mini hack saw to cut bands one notch below where it is mounted to the pin. I then cut a small...
I just recieved my Draco three weeks ago. I love it... it's a great suit and it keeps you warm and dry. Last weekend I was on a dive trip in BC, Canada and in 42 degree water it performed like a champ.
I would highly recommend this dry suit.
