It's crap like this that creates most "contempt for cops". I wonder if that cop can be cited for littering based on the video evidence? I'd bet many citizens have been fined based on less evidence. Go VOLS!

There you go; 1.5" to 2.5". :) I guess it comes down to how tight /loose you want the "cinch". I guess smaller might be better if you want it tight and remember; the stuff stretches anyway. ;)

I think 2"-2.5" will work. The best I can remember, I bought a couple 2.5" tubes for my harnesses and made a few for my hoses. I put 2-3 extras on so as one wears or breaks I have another ready to go.
