after having to postpone every coron trip planned in the last three years- i am finally going there (this time, with zee- of course).
we abandon the sangat island accommodation simply for the price- it was just a little too expensive- considering we will either be diving or island hopping.

my colleague's teenage son- who is on a holiday from the US- wants to learn diving and get certified. anybody can accommodate him? i will join the checkout dive, of course. and maybe his dad will also do (he's already certified). and van. and iris. and chip. (okay, i am just assuming the three)...

Zee will be in PI from 11th of Feb to 5th of March. His weekends are mine so that's non negotiable. :D and he would be diving with most of you from Feb 22nd to Mar 3rd.

Transportation: Had the resort arranged a private transpo for us. the taxi was already waiting at Tagbilaran airport when we arrived and the banca at the pick up point as well. Php1100/per trip, one way. No hassles or time wasted at all...

a few weeks ago, my fantasy was ruined when i found out when you dive nekkid, you don't really dive nekkid all the way (pfffft.....!). but that seems good news for me as i it makes it even easier for me to consider trying it one of these days.

dove in Boracay once with a diveshop i have no plans diving with again.
can anybody recommend a diveshop? preferably near station 1 so my companion doesn't have to drag his dive gear from one station to the other?
still no diving there? is the beach still deserted? has it become overcrowded (hope not). the last time i visited the place was 18 years ago; stayed at Sta. Fe beach resort for free!
does the beach still have overwhelming supply of bokyas? argggh, hated them so.
guys, david suddenly fancy finally getting certified. he's already halfway out of london to manila and shall arrive later today.
id like him certified by Saturday when we leave for God-knows-where to dive. Anybody who can instruct the course to him in Manila? We can do day trips to Batangas...
