You need to contact Capt. Ani at Deco Divers and give them a run. There are plenty of neat wrecks and reefs, natural and otherwise in the area. The crews are well versed and professional.
I've only stayed at Harbour Village. It reminds me of staying out at South Seas Plantation on Captiva Island back in the 80's and 90's. The rooms are top notch, the staff was incredible and they have their own onsite coral restoration nursery and site. The dive operation is Great Adventures...

I'm staying at the Ka Olina June 3 - 13 and planning on getting a few dives in with my kids while out there. I'm Spending all the money to get there so I'll be looking for the best bang for the buck.
