    Call Saguaro Sports (480)-507-3988 I am Sure that as they train at canyon they could give you the best conditions report. I know I just found out that my wetsuit when left way to long dry will tear and is in need of repair... oceans need to be closer...

    Local Lake dives

    So I am here going partially stir crazy, I want to get wet but am lazy so was wondering if anyone has done any local lake diving as of late?? I know that the lake levels are at a pretty much record level and I wonder if the viz has gone well is it below 3 feet??

    THe Caddy is under water and near a boat ramp.....ha ha The cache Minus 30 as seen at geocaching.com is the only one I know of in the lake that has hard GPS numbers, the rest are done the ol'e fashion way... um Pleasant is as what he just said filled in the winter drained in the summer...

    You would find more I suspect if you go to Thong Beach, rather than Butcher Jones, from the Keyhole you can see Butcher Jones. there are a few coves that would be better to 4X4 to.

    No there are no platforms that I am aware of. Secluded from Boat traffic. humm I have used the NO BOAT bouy as a guide for desents the NO Wake bouys are only passed by the few Bass Fisherman and occasional dropping off or picking up off the peir... I have not as yet heard of any incidences...

    Well with his tank holding only 1500 psi that was enough to keep him from going any deeper than the thermalcline... I did go visit the cache for a second, I agree it needs to be moved, there was so much muck, but it went well and Zellet has increased his confidence so will want to get him back...

    Just wanted to drop a note about the dive conditions. The surface temps were about 84 the Thermacline could be found right about 19 feet where it was about a 6-10 degree drop. The Viz was ahhhh but once you could see the bottom you could see the bottom the viz cleared some when the bottom...
