    Recommendations for New Olympus Setup

lol I have an e-pl1 set up i would sell . . .but seriously look at the epl5. Its pretty much the same as the OMD (same sensor, processor etc..) but without the mini-view screen and a different stabilization mechanism. Its substantially cheaper than the omd as well. I just bought the epl5 and...

    Macro shooting in Bonaire

Frog fish do seem to say in a certain area for a period of time. last time I was there I wanted to find a frog fish but the dive masters said they had all gone some what deeper to cooler water. One DM said that he had been told of one at invisibles, go to the buoy, turn left, keep your depth...

    Bonaire last minute tips

Hidden Beach is just a bit south of Sweet Dreams. Nice sand beach but the entry is i would say moderate. The book gives a big description but my notes remind me to look for the sign with something about turtles on it after Sweet Dreams and turn there. U cant go wrong the whole area is awesome...

    E-PL5 vs SeaLife DC1400

Of course I haven't taken it under water yet but it put the 60mm on my new e-pl5 and I took this pic of the condensation on a glass sitting on my desk. I posted this in another thread as well. I'm drooling at the macro possibilities here:

    E-PL5 vs SeaLife DC1400

I just got my e-pl5, and just saying wow. It focuses faster than anything I have ever owned. I started with sealife cameras, I had a mini, DC600, DC1000 and a DC1200. If you think you're going to really get into it I would pony up and go for the oly camera that allows you to shoot everything...

    Olympus OM-D E-M5 Sometimes Unresponsive

I have had a similar problem with my E-pl1. It would allow me to take a picture, but would skip the focus and just fire. It wouldn't then save the photo. I found it was an issue of seating the SD card. If it wasn't in just right it would do this. Oddly, I always test on the surface and it...
