I did the same. I found the drivers house using life360 from my wife's phone. The driver thought i was nuts and a stalker but i gave her a good tip!!

Paradise is one of my favorite reefs. Lots of fish life and lots of bottom time. Very relaxing.

Yeah i wish the boat captains would not drop divers in these conditions. I always voice my opinions, but since i am a single diver placed in a group, my opinion is not worth much.

My most miserable dives are on columbia when the seas are 3-4 foot from the southeast. getting beat up trying to board a boat in the waves is definitely not fun. I much rather a calm sea even if it's further north.

Jeez this hits home! I will turn 50 in june. we are headed for 8 nights to cozumel. been diving for 25 years. just a vacation diver with one trip a year. back before we had kids and the airfare was 199 bucks to cozumel, we would make 3-4 trips a year.

I do10-20% of the total dive cost depending on service.

We used uber in cabo with no issues. competition is healthy! glad to see it.

question about your divemaster Arturo, was he previously with blue xtsea? Been trying to find out where he ended up. Always loved diving with him. He was my first divemaster from back in early 2000's.

i agree with pier fees. We had to rebuild ours after the last hurricane in louisiana and it cost 80k. These are not insurable. I'd be charging it if I owned it.

Thanks for the replies. I will definitely research St. Croix. I never looked there. As for a cruise, that's a hard NO for me. I want to stay 8 nights at a destination, and dive at least 14 tanks over a week. Can't get that on a cruise. Not to mention a ton of other things i dislike about them...
