    The New Atomic TFX

Happy wife, happy life, you are in "the good books". Now you can stick to something simple for a 2nd stage and be happy also, like a G250v.

    South Australia Recommendations?

Here are a few. https://divingadelaide.com.au/diving/best-dive-sites-in-south-australia/ This is only 18M, I liked this dive as well. I don't go out of my way to dive " shipwrecks sunk as artificial reefs" but I liked the vis and the sea life...

where would you live if you couldnt dive anywhere else

I had a great place North of where I am now, Had a 'itch' and said it was time to move. Glad I did though, the place is too peopley now, covid was one of the triggers, so many moved North from the Southern states and out of the cities. If you want warm, cyclone proof, few people, not expensive...

    Brand new Scubapro MK25 sputtering

Who else finds the term "broken in" scary? Ok, it could be just me. Deleted my long post about, seats and pistons and whatnots 'setting in' first and 2nd stages etc, that's for another topic. The word 'broken' does not sit well when talking about regulators with my OCD mind. What broke?

    Dive Medicals

We are a nanny state already , all of Australia, that is, and my state of Queensland tops the list. I have taught diving in most states over the years but only had a dive charter boat in two, and that was enough, and I had enough of the overregulation. Overregulation, dive cylinders hydro tested...

What a great idea, thanks . Private car, never thought of that, self drive or with a driver who knows the way and how do dodge the mad scooter riders, I am sure it will worse than last time I was there, half pissed Aussies and Brits the worst on scooters [this was last century]. And not...

Question travel muck divers - what fins do you use?

Scubapro Go Sport fins for travel and the Go Sport Gorilla fins for local diving. The Mares fins a good, I have a couple of pair, but for any warm water travel, it's the Go Sport as they pack easy and do the job well. https://scubapro.johnsonoutdoors.com/us/shop/fins/go-sport-fin?v=97221

Silver Medal at the Third Annual Arab Underwater Photography Championship in Hurghada, Egypt

It is NOT the equipment, it's the photographer, good gear helps , I was a wedding photographer for years [as side line to scuba instructor and dive boat owner, and guess which paid better. :acclaim: ] , I just do not take a camera underwater, you do, and you are good at it, and I others see it...

    Where to go in May?!?!?

If it more than 6 hours flying away for only 5 or 6 days it is too far for me. 14 to 21 days minimum, then I would travel the distance 'across the world' . My next trip is 15 days, and that is stretching it with the flight only 5-6 hours. There is a good chance you are much younger than me...
