I got the DRIS package last week that included all HOG gear (aluminum plate and standard harness) and DRIS's Mirage 23/38lb wings. I got about 10 dives in it last week. The Mirage wing is a nice piece of gear and worked well, but I think I'm going to remove the bungee cord from the smaller 23...

I would have just gone without it, but the DRIS Mirage wing I have doesn't have slots, so it requires an STA. I thought about cutting slots in it, but I think I'll try the STA for now since it seems stable at this point.

I just put the whole thing together tank and all and that was the problem. It is rock solid now without those little white plastic bolt retainers in place.

That's the one! I took off the little white plastic bolt retainers and that seems to have helped quite a bit.

It's a Dive Rite and came with carriage bolts and derlin nuts.

I just got my bp/w put together and no matter how tight I make the STA it still wobbles. I'm going to assume it is from the grommets on the wing and the additional grommet on the harness. How do I reduce/eliminate that?

The threads on the DR doesn't match the Poseidon. They are the same size, but different threads. I would like to just replace the entire hose assembly if I can find one with the same threads.

Yeah, that's the same map I was trying to use. Depths must be off quite a bit because I found a boat that isn't on the map and couldn't find anything that is on the map. I'll try again another weekend. Thanks!

Is there a newer map available? Most everything has been changed and/or moved from the only map I can find.
