Heat is a well known trick, you heat the outside and the metal expands (making a bigger hole). I've also used canned air to cool a bolt to help break it (shrinking it, but heating is better as it's generally a larger temperature difference). Just remember to not get too hot or the metal looses...

Southern diver here, gloves are also useful for protecting both you from the environment and the environment from you. I don't wear thin gloves otherwise. In winter I dive with 5mm gloves 60-65°F ish iirc.

Subsurface is the go to for most. I tried DiveMate and it's nice as well, seems almost like another frontend to the subsurface data format (it can import/export to subsurface and google drive as well).

my perspective as a i300c owner (eventually getting a perdix but that's not what this is about). I chose the i300c because it could sync bluetooth and show me 'live' readings on a dive (basic stats). I did not chose it for reviewing dive info after a dive, that's why I import via bluetooth...

Did you use subsurface to check what it says compared to what the watch reports? I just checked and subsurface matches the watch.

We did Fiji, she was not as into diving as I am, but we both loved it (we were not on the main island), did a few days of things on island, and off.

They might not be the best fit, I'm not sure, they are dailies. But it's fairly consistent at least for me. I'd say that anyone considering wearing contacts test them out (various scenarios).
