I think you don't know all the Perdix features. I would suggest you to read the official documentation, mainly the chapter related to Gauge Mode, page 37 of the following document:

So by being able to...
Probably I have not expressed properly what I mean. In some dives I can expend time playing with my computer to learn, but thst's not the usual, plud I think it doesn't make sense diving to learn how to use my computer.
I don't dive to learn how to use my computer, I use my computer to dive...
Hi all,
There is something I have in other computers whuch I'm missing in my Pedix: Dive simulation.
Why is that usefull? When you are learning how to use all the stuff provided by your Perdix, it could be awesome try and tets all these stuff in a simulated dive in order to learn and get used...
HI,
When cave diving I like to anotate when some events happened, for example, the time I switched to or from a stage tank, when I reach my return presure, when I reach some jumps, etc... I like to use all this informatiom after diving to analize and get better planning in future divings...
You're right, when using my PE100 consumption goes over 3Kw.... I was thinks about the petrol generator for remote using but I'm not sure about the starting peak.... probably something "big" would be necessary because of that.
Hi all,
I've made my own version using similar approach and it's working fine..... actually I'm already using it in my nitrox stick (so far I only blend Nx).
I've got a couple of questions:
- I have my O2 sensors connected directly to the ADS1115, but I've found in some datasheet a load...
This is a good point. I'm in the process of getting new Scubapro original complete poppet sets, new springs, new balance chambers and new levers (for my two Halos).
By doing that I'm virtually replacing the "bowels" of my Halcyon converting in some kind of Scubapro.
Today I think the problem...
Welcome to the world of desperate Halcyon Halo users!!!
I'm having the same issue with my two Halos (double tanks) and, so far, I found no a solution for this. I've used several different lubes and way to apply them with no good results: after few dive I get the pop effect, or 2 stages.
But...
OMG!!!!
I used original Halcyon service kits.... could it be that they are not doing proper work retaining the lubricant in the poppet? Maybe wrong o-ring size or something like this?
I'm going bananas :chicken:
So.... some days ago I've got adjustments like never got before... perfect IP, perfect cranking effort... sooooo smooth breathing.... but
But after some dives the cranking effort get worse and the pop effect comes again.... I think this regulators just...
One of the thing I'm not yet sure is whether the lubricant I'm using is a good one. In my 2nds I use silicone althought, just in caase, I've also tried with Christolube just to discard my silicone one wasn't good enought.. but after some diving they start "popping" making initial crank effot too...
Sure. It was all about to lubricate properly the poppet. For some reasons I was not doing in the correct way. That fixed my cranking effort and lack of VIVA.
For the flow issue it was just an IP ajustment issue. After servicing my first stages and adjustuing them properly now their IP is 9.5...
Just serviced my reg this weekend and now they are perfect. No more pressure drift nor flow, 1 water inch cranking efforrt. and 9.5 bars of IF .. perfect.
Thanks for everyone's help, mainly the guy who contacted me and gave me really good advise.
well (I'm scratching my head)... so, I've managed again to tune one of my seconds to 1+ water inches of crankiglng effort, which is cool.. but there is no trace of the famous VIVA.... no free flow... just cripsply stop doesn't mattet the position of the Dive/predive control.
Just in case I've...
Becasuse I use double tank, I have two regulators set. In one of then there is no drift at all and it's now set to 9bars.
For the topic of this post, the flow problem was because I used to have too much IP pressure. I've corrected that and flow is already gone. As suggested here is not a 2nd...
I had problems using non original o-ring, but after realizing that was the problem I bought original Halcyon kits. On the beginning I've got proper cranking effort and everything like a charm..... but after some dives I've started experiencing the same "pop" issue. I've used different lubricants...
