Lessons Minor Cenote Incident - Lessons to be Learned

@kierentec The leading from the back is especially helpful during cavern with a black out mask on when I wasn’t swimming fast enough. I am pretty sure I still have a knot on my forehead from that excellent experience.

For Sale Silicone Drysuit Neck Seals a cautionary tale!

@p_kos i feel the waterproof are thinner, they stretch better and somehow they don’t break as easy. In defense of the sitech seals I had to trim quite a bit from them.

    Drysuit options

Yeah I have/had the quick neck on my new suit and I have had two leaks on that. It is in Ted Mcoys (Stay Dri in Florida) capable hands getting yanked out of a 10 month old suit for a neoprene seal. His opinion is the Orust is the way to go. You can order extra clips if your that worried about it

    Drysuit options

I would go with the orust neck ring instead of quick neck. Wrist seals I chose the sitech system that supports the UDG system and the Rolock 90. When I am diving warmer waters I put the oval rings with wet gloves and for colder waters switch to the Rolock 90 system.
