I've got Columbus Direct travel insurance for a trip to cyprus in July (still currently going ahead). Haven't heard anything from them regarding Covid-19 but found this in the doccuments:
So unexpectedly got a message back from the original ebay seller saying if I sent the fins back to them they would send them to mares.
However, they expect that I pay the postage for the fins.
As this is a fault with the product is it not their responsibility to pay the postage or am I being...
Just had a similar issue and realised the year on my computer was set to 2001.
Very strange because I have dives logged in 2017 so maybe there is a bug where the computer resets itself to 2001 at the start of 2018?
Sorry for necroing this thread, but my 1 year old X-streams are splitting in the middle where the soft/hard materials meet.
I take good care of my kit, keep them in a fin bag all the time while not in use, etc.
Anyone know how to contact Mares regarding their '2 year warranty'?
