Z330 user here. Do a lot of muck dive, I have the same problem, they're completely stuck. But I don't see any issue aside from resell value - it's not like I need to remove them or touch them to dive.

Hi, Reporting back here - after removing the rubber and the plastic part, it seems to be working much better now, thanks a lot for the recommendations/tips! Still annoying with seafrogs though. I wanted to sell my case, it's basically unsellable (or it will be at a ridiculously cheap price).
