Hi there. Looking for some feedback on either of these two: 1) the National Aquarium dive in Abu Dhabi, or 2) the dive experience at Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo. Has anyone done these? Are they pretty similar? Any idea which experience might be better? Thanks.

Front Porch and The Cliff can also make for decent night dives, and have relatively simple access.

We use a combination of photogrammetry, GPS tracking, aerial drones and sonar. We've developed a bit of a highbred model as we've found that we often need additional data depending on the complexity of the site.

Accommodation was great. You're in the East End, so not a ton of food options around, but I had no problems. There's enough variety at Eagle Rays and I checked out a couple places beyond too.

Worth a dive or two if you can squeeze it in. I was there last week and hit up a few sites: The US Navy Barges, Cartanza Senora, Coki Beach and French Cap. French Cap was the best, but also the furthest out. Reasonable coral cover and fish life - plenty of sharks. I plan to return to visit some...
