Just got through customs. At checkin they request passport, exit visa, and COVID test. They then hand you a COVID questionnaire to state your exposure over the last 14 days, fever, etc. The security check point will want the completed form. But, this can be done online in advance through a link...

I used a debit card and was fee’d. Now this exercise was more to satisfy my curiosity. We’re only talking a buck 74

Update: the atm that was free is no longer free. As a test, I withdrew from all three over my stay and got hit with the 34.80 fee. I’m also a BOA customer. It didn’t help.

Thanks TB, 3P is my operator of choice! I’m flirting with a last minute weekend trip late April or earlY May. Depends on work load.
