    Doing rebreather class next year

500 feet. I understand the desire. You are embarking on a multi-year journey (hopefully - do not rush it). That depth requires a lot of things including someone that should be in the water with you. Not to mention sufficient bailout if the science project on your back fails. While I got...

Weirdest Thing You Ever Took Underwater

I made a lift bag out of a inflatable doll. Took it to Cozumel hidden from the boat operator and inflated it after we finished a 2 hour dive. Got quite the laugh. It did not last long and the only photo/video I have is a test run in my garage before the trip.

Important features when choosing a rebreather

I have been on a rEvo for ~8 years. It was my second rebreather. Not going to bash my 1st one, it has improved over the years and I am sure is great unit as well. I upgraded from a pre-RMS rEVO to the RMS version when it in 2015. Overall a great unit. My only comment is the ADV is not that...

Whats going on at Rebreatherworld.com right now?

I am humored that this entire thread has more post about how great RBW is (or was) compared to the total number of new post that have shown up on RBW since it came back from the dead. :)

Whats going on at Rebreatherworld.com right now?

No hablo rebreatherworld :) And no clue what happened. Hopefully it is some site maintenance. As others have stated I would hate to see all the useful information gone with the click of a mouse.
