Hello all, I'm hoping someone here could help me find a place that sells the nylon fabric that is used to cover the hose clamps in some stage kits. See picure below,
Thanks for the help!
I recently bought steel tanks and I need to shed some weight. Its in like new condition, I’ll put pictures up if anyone’s interested. Located in South Florida.
Hi guys, I need some help identifying this faber steel cylinder. The cylinder neck reads the following,
DOT-3AA-3000 94/9083/002 M8308 FABER 09^94+ SCUBAPRO.
I was told it's a 72cuft tank. Is this right? Would it be considered a HP72 or LP72? I'm sure the '3000' stands for 3000psi, do they...
Only having a limited number of dives as your profile suggests, I would hold off on buying any gear. You won't know what works best or what you like best until you try different setups. A good way to do this is renting gear of different styles and brands. Dive shops also have 'demo days' which...

Now thanks to my shearwater petrel I don't hand log dives anymore, although I do still use that log book to take...
Buy a good brand name used off scubaboard or eBay. If they are taken care of they will last a life time. The halcyon wing I'm diving right now was manufactured in 2006 and it looks/performs like its brand new.
There is one I found called Florida. I don't know anything about VR but it looks like a cool app. The only thing is you have to pay for each wreck you want to explore, that's when I lost interest. There is a free one that comes with the app you could try.
Cheers
Thanks for the reply. I rinsed everything but the spg with warm distilled water and going to soak it until tomorrow night then blow it out / let dry.
Any thoughts on soaking an SPG?
crap! I flooded my pony bottles regulator on a salt water dive.. I had turned the tank off after pressurizing it and at some point it must have free flowed. I didnt noticed until I was about to get in the water for the second dive.. I ended up turning the tank on and diving it risking the SPG...
Quarry diving -It's what separates the boys from the men, the girls from the women.
:poke:
If there's water, dive it. :callme: And I almost forgot, you should log every dive!
